Alright. Let's get this thread going! Thoughts and predictions? I'm not predicting the score.

I haven’t watched much of them yet but, so far, they’ve looked very mediocre. I think Jax State will blow them out. But, I could totally be wrong. Will be interesting to watch that game this week.

Kennesaw State appears to have issues on offense this year. Teams are shutting down their rushing attack, except Wofford who has been shut out in two games already this season and yet scored quite often against Kennesaw State. Key to winning for us is too jump on them early. Get a 2 score lead and maintain into the fourth quarter. We cannot go scoreless in the third quarter again. 27 needs to get 20 touches in the game, less than 15 touches should get the offensive coordinator slapped and then fired. 4 doesn’t seem to have a burst, try one of the freshman in backup role if they have that burst. I am still researching Kennesaw State and expect them to have a rough time handling JSU this weekend. JSU is heavy run vs pass, so KSU should be experienced at practice vs the run. Agree with unalions on his assessment of what will likely happen there. This bye could be what gives us some insight into victories in conference? Hoping our staff identifies way to overcome our glaring weaknesses…quite a few of those.

I'd like to see Demarcus Lacey continue to get more touches, both at RB and WR. But totally agree on Powell needing 15+. I get he's a small guy, but the way he's playing right now, we have to use him as much as possible. If he gets hurt... we'll cross that bridge then.

Talked to 4's parents at Indiana State. His ankle injury was at the time not anywhere close to healed.

Think it’ll be closer than expected but the better team will find a way to win in the 4th. Kennesaw 28-17.

Talked to 4's parents at Indiana State. His ankle injury was at the time not anywhere close to healed. It shows in his decision making, cuts, running style. He seems to be more comfortable catching it out of the backfield then running it from the backfield. So with that said, ease him back to comfort and give Lacey, or some of those others some opportunities. Lacey is very impressive with the ball in his hands.

JSU is very talented but seems to fall asleep during the game. All those turnovers by JSU almost cost them the game. I came in and did a rewind so I could fast forward through all those commercials. KSU tan the ball well up the middle on JSU. KSU defense will give us some fits too. I am hoping they are exhausted after todays game.

Strange season so far for KSU. If they’re good enough to come that close to beating JSU, they’re obviously good enough to beat us.
They held the chickens to ~3 yards per carry. If they can do that to us, it will take a miracle to beat them. My biggest fear is them holding onto the ball and just flat wearing our defense out.
