One of my favorite POD shows from back in the day is the "Salute to America" show down in Troy in 1991.
"America the Beautiful" - Intro "Stars and Stripes" - Opener "Yankee Doodle" - Majorettes "When Johnny Comes Marching Home" - Percussion "Satisfaction" - Lionettes "Patriot Medley" - Finale
Showstopper moment: Chad G. mace toss at 3:20

I missed out on being in this band because I was at Northwest for a year but my cousin was a Lionette. Look at the crowd at Troy!
Great show.

I missed out on being in this band because I was at Northwest for a year but my cousin was a Lionette. Look at the crowd at Troy! Great show. I was at that game. We had a big UNA crowd there. And for some reason, back then it was okay to get off you but and get loud... The band was awesome, the POD is definitely the best band in the country.

My favorite would have to be my senior year.
1995 Pride of Dixie! These are clips from different performances (you can tell by the grass) but the "Extra" at the end says the team is 12-0, so that would make the bulk of it from the semifinal game vs. Ferris State.
"Blues Statements" - Intro "Caravan" - Opener "Can't Help Lovin' That Man" - Transition "Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy" - Majorettes "Shop Around" - Lionettes "??" - Percussion (someone help me on the name here) "C Jam Blues" - Closer "Halftime Extra"

Ran across footage of the band during the 1980 D2 semifinal game broadcast on ABC. The quality is rough but it's fun to watch! We played that same opener during playoff games during the three-peat in the early 90s. You hear Dr. Edd Jones in the background of the announcers for a few seconds before they show the band. Then, skip to the second video (7:40) and watch the Lionette feature and a bit of the closer. So cool to see!
