For the first time in a long time I would like to be at Flowers Hall but I can't. If anyone can get some fairly close videos or pictures of my favorites and heroes from days gone by, I would love to see them!

The real question is where the hell was Otis Boddie? Probably didn't want a repeat of what happened at the anniversary of the 1979 National Championship. Several former players including Otis were on the floor with some members of the media. Otis didn't come into the game until near the end. Believe it or not, no one would throw him the ball! It must have belonged to Gus Hergert and he was making sure it went home with him. The crowd was screaming to get the ball to Otis but nothing doing. FINALLY just before the closing horn, somebody (they must have stolen the ball from Gus) hit Otis out past the top of the key and he drilled a 22 footer at the buzzer. Place went crazy. Otis being Otis. And I guess Gus being Gus.
