Looks like some good pickups for the Lions today. I noticed we got a QB from Gulf Shores.

First off, just glancing at the list of signing players, I feel like we did a good job for (technically) year 2 of FCS recruiting.
We also let a few local guys go to some other regional FCS schools. Don't know what the circumstances was, but it concerns me. Lost a few to, KSU, Western Carolina, Austin Peay, Bama St, and a few others.
BUT, we did land a few that some SEC, Big 12, and ACC schools were looking at. I have not went through and looked to see the "star rankings" are on any of them, but that's a good sign that schools from those conferences were in the hunt.
Looking forward to get the FCS (preview) season started.

Potentially I guess. The Vibe I get is that the current staff, mainly Willis, wants to have QB's in the mold of Wingo and Tucker. I don't know if this guy fits or not. I would rather go after BIG physical OL and punishing RB's.

How many years will it take to get to the full 63 scholarships or equivalencies?

How many years will it take to get to the full 63 scholarships or equivalencies? 4, I think that's why the transition period is in place, so a school can ease into it in a way.
