Well we all know the tempers of the fans(at least mine) was at an all time high after last week. But after a few days of calm, and some reasoning, I came up with this-
1. First year head coach that needs to build it his way.
2. More injuries than I can remember at one time.
3. We have been in all games even though the foremention 1&2.
4. Even though they (we) shouldn't, I'm sure there is a ton of looking to FCS and preparing for that going on. Distractions for coaches and AD. Some is a necessity, they have to fill a independent schedule.
So all that said, I will refrain from negative criticism for this year.
FIT- is at an advantage this week. Mainly because of the above. Plus the homecoming distraction. They are (or should be) a great team. UNA is recovering from injuries and bad play, I would love to say we rebound and get the W, but I think we come up short.

Glad I was wrong, defense looked better, special teams was good, but QB, and OL play was sub par for any standard.

You gave a good assessment of the game preview. Thanks.
That was an odd game but a W is a W and it made a rainy homecoming a bit more bearable.
