My comments: Didn’t look like he had many offers out of high school and after freshmen season at the community college.

Glad to see the height of a couple of those mentioned. But recent history tells us not to get too excited for the height yet. UNA has had some length but those guys were just terrible

He has signed.
He had previously signed with Florida Atlantic. After a coaching change they gave him a release.

Bring on the tall guys! God cut back on the production of big men. Since the 1990s, they have been on a rapid decline. Through the 70s, 80s and 90s there were tons of 6-9 to 7-6 players.UNA even had a few guys in that category. A lot of teams would do a lot of 4 big men, one guard sets due to the vast supply of tall players. Now it's gotten to the point where most teams run 3 or 4 guard offenses. There just aren't anymore David Robinsons, Patrick Ewing, Ralph Sampson, Shaq, etc. Those days appear to be over. The few who exist are one and dones.

Speaking of one and done, most mid major programs don't have to worrie about that, even the best ones. They tend to develop good players into great players. Hopeful that that's our approach.

That SHOULD be the wave of the future. If you can have at least a decent recruiting class each year and keep them in school and out of trouble, you should be able to build a solid, if not spectacular, program that will occasionally raise eyebrows nationally and provide entertaining basketball for the fans.
