Men up 35-32 against Queens. Jacari, KJ and Tim Smith have 31 of our 35 points, with Dallas Howell and Damien Forrest chipping in 3 and 1 points respectively.

Howell on both ends late secured the win! The three treys in a row were BIG…..but those two blocks during that span may have been BIGGER? Great home win. We score points and had too against Queens…..they score a lot of points every game. Let’s keep this rolling at home now and even up that conference record.

Queens is in every game. This was a good win! I’m impressed with how the Royals are doing in transition.

Don’t look now, but the ladies are 4-3 in the conference. We gripe about the coaching staff, for good reason, but the talent is there to finish strong. It’s nice to win on a night when Clutter only scores 5 points. Having ACC become a reliable scorer obviously helps with that.
Sure wish the men could have played like that in a few of those earlier home games. Having a guy like Howell come off the bench is nice. I think Tim Smith has really been a great addition to the team. His scoring is important of course, but also as someone other than Forrest to pick up some rebounds.

Big win to move the ladies to 5-3 in conference. Charlton had another big game. Callins and Clutter also hit double digit points. Good to have at least 3 players scoring double digits. Roar Lions!

Men down by 4 at the half vs Stetson after being down by 13 early on. Opened up the game cold shooting and they were the opposite. Lions went on a bit of a run later in the half.

Yeah, the score leads me to be very skeptical about the game for Queens and EKU... EKU had to be having an off night. That being said, the parity in the ASUN is unbelievable. I think if we hadn't had went cold for such a stretch, we could be at the top. I do think we are one of the top teams, we just didn't show it...

We didn’t get Forrest involved in those early conference games. The ball has to got to go through him. Our guards are ok, not the best outside shooters, so when you got an easy two take the two. Howell has also come alive and Smith appears to be playing with more confidence. Having that length and scoring ability is big. We definitely need to have Lane shoot the last free throws, KJ seems to struggle at the line.
