Tell me I'm wrong.
If Liberty was to somehow win the ASun tournament and finish 2nd in the regular season only losing to Lipscomb. The ASun could get two in the NCAA tournament?
It would be hard to see them leave Lipscomb out at that point. Right?

Lipscomb is up to #36 in the NET rankings. I'd say that's a pretty good position for an at-large, if they can maintain it. The only mid-major conference teams higher than them are Wofford at #30, and Buffalo at #18. Gonzaga is at #2, but I'm not counting them as a mid-major for obvious reasons, and besides, I'd be shocked if they don't win their conference's auto-bid.
Liberty is at #58, so they have some work to do unless they win the conference in the scenario above.

Liberty still has to go to Lipscomb and then the Conference Tournament. All that could change things.
Any team below #47 probably will not get in unless they win their Conference Auto-bid. Most likely any team from #42 - #46 will be on the bubble for an at large bid.

I don't think two ASUN teams will make the NCAA but I do think two could make the NIT, which would be an improvement also. Both Liberty and NJIT could have records to get an at large invite to the one that doesn't get the auto bid.
