If you guys have do not have sling TV. You may want to get it for a couple of months. Sling has ESPN, ESPN2, and more importantly ESPN3. I think all of UNA’s football games will be on ESPN3? I know a lot of the basketball will be with the contract. Price is under $30 a month.

I know a lot of the basketball will be with the contract. Price is under $30 a month. They have really made a mess of their lineup, but this is the way I understand it. ESPN3 is actually free, and is ESPN's "web only" slate of games. So, those games are not broadcast on TV anywhere, but ARE available through the WatchESPN app for no charge, as long as you have some sort of television package that has access to ESPN itself. Have Comcast? You should be able to access WatchESPN. Have Sling, YouTubeTV, Hulu TV, etc.? As long as it has ESPN, you can log into WatchESPN and watch ESPN3 games. Now, the tricky part is the new ESPN+. This is actually a service you have to pay separate for. It's $4.99/month, or $49.99/year. Both the Big South and ASUN appear to have contracts with ESPN+ to show games from all sports. For what it's worth - we do NOT have any football games scheduled for ESPN3, if what I see is correct (going by the schedule here). Our one "Big South" game this year (against Campbell) will be carried on ESPN+ (the pay service). All home games will be on the Lion Vision broadcast, I assume. For the rest of the away games we'll have to rely on a service the opponent uses, such as this "Pluto TV" with Southern Utah. I hope that helps. I THINK most of this is right.

I'll go with a score of UNA 23, Southern Utah 21. My confidence on that pick is about 50%. The T'birds were a playoff team last year, so it's hard to be a homer here when my head says they are probably still a good team. But, they did lose a lot of guys, along with their QB.
Hopefully they underestimate us, and we come out on fire.

Well that is not so swell....I have sling for one year get to watch us in a couple of games on ESPN3 and then ESPN comes up with some new crap. I wonder is ESPN+ will include ESPN3? I love how when you select ESPN3 on the channel guide it shows the games and the times, boom you select your game and enjoy. I guess I will enjoy week one and wonder where the North Dakota State game will be broadcast? It has to be on some network....I will make 6 games this year. So if I have to watch 2 on the computer I guess I will....hoping there is another way. Thanks for sharing.

Since I'm back to worrying about our kicker, I'm afraid we'll be on the short end of a 13-6 score. We will get a TD and our defense will play lights out.
