For those who dont know, I tested positive for Covid the other day. I'm fine so far, but have people I'm supposed to take care of, but now I cant.
I am one of the people who has said from the get go that there is too much that dont make sense about this virus, way too many things contradict, and the numbers that the CDC and the W.H.O. don't make any sense in relation.
I'm a Firefighter/EMT, my wife is a nurse, what we see on a daily basis and what the media shows you is totally different. But I do know in certain areas it is worse than others, but that has more to do with population than anything else.
Having the jobs we have, during this pandemic, we have been lucky to dodge his for most of the year. We have done everything in our power to prevent getting this virus (without just stopping our lives).
The point is, I dont think there is a good way to stop this. All we can do is offer help when we can, and stay safe. Dont be afraid to help someone that needs it, and if you have underlying health problems, be extra careful.
Funny thing is, the number of Flu cases in America is lower than ever....

This go around I know plenty. Hope we get past this sooner than later. Those folks of 1918 had to contend for three years. A "cure" really was not found until the 1940's. Looks like we have a serviceable vaccine so maybe we can find some normalcy soon.
