Panetti played on 2 minutes because of two quick fouls. We're down by two at the half.

Very sloppy but we're up by 20. Panetti hurt her hand on that last charging foul.

21 turnovers but win by 21. Gonna have to clean that up to compete with FGCU on Tuesday.

Been outmatched from the tip in the men's game. Down by 32 with 8 to play.

Well, the outcomes were kinda what I thought would happen.
After watching the Bisons shoot lights out against Liberty, I was hoping they were going to have an off day. Nope. Lol.

I listened to the ladies game. I couldn’t listen to the men’s until late. I chose which game to listen to by projects at the house I was working on today. Lipscomb is top 25 in country. We are nowhere near that level today. Always good to play against that type of team and see what it looks like. We likely got better today even though the score does not show it.

Heard we had about as many or more fans there than they had...
Nothing to be ashamed of, we will get there.

We decided to get outside yesterday due to the weather, so I didn’t get to watch the games. The outcomes are about like I expected. Seems the women had a sluggish start but turned it on late. Glad they were able to power through.
Awesome to hear we had a crowd there. I would love for this to become a competitive series for both men and women. I believe there’s the possibility to grow this into a UAH-type rivalry. We need someone to hate!
Man I’d sure love to see the ladies beat FGCU Tuesday night...

I believe UNA and Lipscomb may be the two closest schools in the conference other than JU and UNF. It will develop into a non football rivalry eventually just for that fact. Apparently NJIT folks think NJIT and UNA will turn into a rivalry because of how close the 2 games played was. I guess that would be okay.

Maybe it becomes the type of rivalry where they are consistently a team that plays us close, or a series where we swap upsets, something like that. But I doubt many of our fans ever interact with each other. I want that that kind of rivalry where if you go to Nashville and see someone wearing a Lipscomb hat, your blood starts to boil a little, haha. Swap LU out for whoever, I just think we need that again. Heck, I always thought the whole Valdosta/Delta triangle of respect thing was too friendly!

I kinda liked the DSU, VSU UNA thing... it was kinda like a sibling rivalry, the three older brothers kicking the crap out of each other, but let an outsider start talking crap about one, and the other 2 jump in. The NJIT thing would be just an on the court rivalry, between the players mostly. Fans may get excited about it, but no bad blood. Lipscomb and KSU will be more traditional style rivals, maybe UNF as well, UNF ain't much further than VSU. If we could ever get West Florida in, then there will be our biggest conference rival in all sports, I'm still pissed about the last two years in football.
