Also, if that were the case, wouldn't Stetson already have the #2 seed locked? They are not listed that way on the ASUN site.
SCHOOL ASUN OVERALL #1 FGCU * 15-0 24-4 Stetson * 11-4 16-13 North Alabama * 10-5 19-6 Liberty * 9-6 13-15 North Florida * 8-7 13-13 #6 Jacksonville * 7-9 14-15 #7 Kennesaw State * 4-11 8-20 #8 NJIT * 3-12 6-22

The way it was explained to me is, without getting deep into it, because I would confuse myself, depending on all the outcomes, UNA could finish 2nd, 3rd, or 4th.

I wrote the ASUN office and the response was: "There is still a chance UNA secures a 2 seed depending on tonight's action."

Let’s go Ladies. I will miss the game, please keep scores posted. My girl is playing tennis in this heat wave, sowe will be busy and cold. I look forward to seeing the Ladies play in the tournament. We are as good as anyone when we limit the turnovers.
Roar Lions!

Turnovers again and missing layups. Only 9 points in that first quarter. Down 15-9.

Flames dominating. Up by 19 at the half.

Can’t shoot 28% for a half, while allowing your opponent to go ~50%, and expect it to be a very competitive game. Just a disappointing effort so far.

Did we keep out all 5 starters? Just got in and watched ladies not put forth any effort at all at end of third? 35 points thru 3 quarters? Pathetic? Hope girls respond in 4th to make it a game

Guessing all that played in the bracket had Liberty? I got a little worried when they were down 10 in 2nd half. But when the coach promised in and out burgers if they come back...it was on! Great clip on ESPN, hopefully 4 years for now that will be North Alabama?

I wuz torned apart. Oldest daughter and I graduated from UNA of the ASUN. Youngest daughter graduated from State. I figured I wuz gonna win/lose either way. Solidly for ASUN rest of the way … both in the NCAA tournament, the NIT where Lipscomb, looked very good today, and certainly in the WBI where I am looking forward to seeing some LIONS playing some eagles.

When I was in high school I remember Mississippi State probably sent me more mail than any school other than UNA. I considered them for a while, because I thought about going into meteorology and they have a pretty good program there. In the end I just wanted to stay at home.
Good for Liberty, but there’s something about them I just don’t like.

When I was in high school I remember Mississippi State probably sent me more mail than any school other than UNA. I considered them for a while, because I thought about going into meteorology and they have a pretty good program there. In the end I just wanted to stay at home. Good for Liberty, but there’s something about them I just don’t like. Mississippi State recruits this area heavily. I almost went myself. But if you know this area, and are not a lawyer(Bama) and or want to be in agriculture, but dont want to go to Auburn, Mississippi State is a logical choice. I was recruited to play defensive end under Jackie Sherrill and things happened that prevented that from happening. Funny thing was, I was too dumb back then to even consider UNA just because 3 D1 schools showed a hint of interest in me. So I ended up at Southern Miss, saw all the shady things that went on there, and decided it wasnt for me. Didnt take me long to regret not going to UNA. Sorry, dont know why that story came out. Point that I cant seem to make is, I kinda have a spot for Mississippi State as well, but UNA first, and to me, I have to pull for ASun schools no matter what.
